Terms of sale
The indicated selling prices are expressed in euros, including VAT, and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are always borne by the customer and are invoiced at the time of order confirmation, as an additional charge to the selected products. "Pink Shop di Giulia Carillo" reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and to modify shipping prices at its discretion, but undertakes to apply the prices in force and to explicitly display prices and shipping costs, as indicated on the website, at the time of the order. Any refunds are always made by Pink Shop di Giulia Carillo through the payment system used to make the purchase. Conditions subject to Legislative Decree 206/2005
"Pink Shop di Giulia Carillo" will issue an invoice, attaching it to the product intended for delivery.
"Pink Shop di Giulia Carillo" will only include the data provided by the customer in the aforementioned invoice, specifying that no changes will be permitted after the invoice has been issued.
The customer can only purchase products from the electronic catalog on the pinkshoponline.eu website that are available at the time the order is placed. Pink Shop di Giulia Carillo, in this regard, communicates that the images and technical data, without exception, accompanying the product sheet should not be considered complete and exhaustive of the characteristics but may, therefore, differ in size, color, accessories or other.
For all that has been communicated and accepted by the customer, no responsibility can be attributed, for various reasons, to Pink Shop di Giulia Carillo. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Pink Shop di Giulia Carillo via email, sent exclusively to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will reiterate all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and to communicate, within and no later than 2 subsequent days, any corrections. Only subsequently will Pink Shop di Giulia Carillo, having verified the actual availability of the goods and the accuracy of the customer data, send the definitive acceptance of the contract via e-mail, which only from this moment must be considered concluded and stipulated between the parties for all legal purposes.
By placing an order on the pinkshoponline.eu website, the customer declares to have read the terms of sale, the proposed payment methods, as well as the entire purchase procedure, and also declares to accept them without any reservation and to have received exhaustive information in this regard. Furthermore, with express reference to articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive, via e-mail, all the necessary information for the identification of Pink Shop di Giulia Carillo, which the customer is required, at their own expense, to keep together with the email accepting the contract.
In the event that the customer needs to return, for legitimate reasons, the purchased products, they must arrange for shipping within the established terms and exclusively to the registered office of Pink Shop di Giulia Carillo.
Warranty
All products sold by "Pink Shop di Giulia Carillo" are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and a 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002. To avail of warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or transport document) which they will receive via e-mail in PDF format. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the procedures illustrated in the documentation included in the product packaging. It is specified that the 24-month warranty is reserved for private Consumers (natural persons who purchase goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, or who make the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form).
In cases where the application of warranties requires the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment, intact consumables); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, where possible, to place it in a second box; in all cases, the application of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided.
All shipments of products will be rejected and returned to the Sender, at their expense, if they:
- Do not include packaging.
- Are received with unsuitable or inadequate external packaging and therefore damaged during transport: the Warranty does not cover damages due to the non-use of original packaging and adequate external protective packaging.
By agreement, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnities, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, is excluded.
Right of Withdrawal
- The product must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment, intact consumables); GESTLUX S.R.L.S reserves the right of return, and if GESTLUX S.R.L.S refuses the return, the Customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the product via bank transfer to the IBAN provided by GESTLUX S.R.L.S
- The product must be returned within the times and methods described above to the address that will be provided by GESTLUX S.R.L.S
- Return shipping costs are always borne by the Customer.
GESTLUX S.R.L.S reserves the right to inspect the returned goods to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
Refunds
Customers will have GESTLUX S.R.L.S as their sole point of contact for any complaints or issues related to both the order and post-sales phases. It is equipped with all the tools to manage issues both through a Call Center and through messaging systems active 24/24 to analyze problems and seek solutions for individual customers. Any refunds are made by GESTLUX S.R.L.S through the payment system used to make the purchase. The refund will be made within and no later than 10 working days.
